Introduction

Our company, Bíró Ltd., is a young, dynamic team equipped with fresh knowledge and more decades of experience. The company, first specialised in tool production, with Hungarian ownership, started its operation in 1991. Looking for challenges, paying attention and responding to market demands, we were continuously developing and improving our machinery, technology, and the most important thing: expertise! As a result of all that, the body knowledge and experience of three decades has been put into the service of our customers by our young, creative experts and engineers.

Activities

Tool production

We plan and manufacture cutters, pullers, pressers or series tools-either they are used in metal-,(plastic) injection molding-or in press plants.

Metal sheet work

We undertake metal cold shaping (5-500 tons); laser-cutting of steel sheet (maximum 15 millimetres in width); angle-shaping (maximum 4 millimetres in width)

Plastic injection molding

Any plastic product can be manufactured by us in compliance with the special needs of all industries (from switches to plastic cap used for positioning a push rod in switches).

Chipping

We manufacture parts mainly for the automotive industry. These parts range from internal switches for shifts to brake pedals for industrial forklifts and to different smaller bodywork components.

Metal work

We work with small stand, manual drilling-and threading equipment. As a result of filing, grinding, smoothing, assembling, we can live up to even the most diverse industrial expectations.
